🙌 Pastor John Wells & First Lady Roshanda — A Shepherd's Voice and a Steadfast Heart
This week, we joyfully celebrate a man and woman of God whose lives have been poured out for the Kingdom. Pastor John Wells is an extraordinary minister, pastor, and servant-leader, and beside him stands First Lady Roshanda, a beautiful resource of peace and perseverance. Together, they show us what it looks like to answer the call and never let go of it.
🔥 31 Years in the Pulpit — Preaching the Unadulterated Word
For 31 years, Pastor Wells has preached the unadulterated Word of God in season and out of season. When it was popular and when it was not, when the pews were full and when the road was hard, he kept preaching. He has not watered down the message or bent it to fit the times. That's faithfulness. That's a shepherd who fears God more than he fears opinion.
📖 "Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction." — 2 Timothy 4:2
💍 A True Ride or Die — First Lady Roshanda
Behind every season of ministry has been a woman of quiet strength. First Lady Roshanda is a true ride or die to Pastor Wells and their family. Her peace has steadied their home, and her perseverance has carried them through seasons that would have broken others. That's covenant. That's partnership in ministry.

👶 Planting Seeds in the Next Generation
First Lady Roshanda's service doesn't stop at home. She serves in our children's ministry and helps and volunteers wherever she can. Every lesson taught and every child loved is a seed planted for the future of New Birth Church. That's the heart of a servant, one who gives without seeking recognition.
📖 "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it." — Proverbs 22:6

Pastor, your 31 years of faithful preaching have not gone unnoticed by the God who sees all things. Thank you for standing on the Word, for shepherding with conviction and compassion, and for showing us what it means to finish what God started in you.
